Over 100 attendees were informed, inspired and connected with other families affected by rare genetic epilepsy at the 2017 Family Conference. The latest research on genetic epilepsy and future treatments was discussed by world-leading medical and scientific experts including Prof Ingrid Scheffer and Prof Steven Petrou. There were also discussions on communication techniques, behaviour management, the NDIS, and how to incorporate mindfulness and stress-reduction into your busy life.
